How does it
work?
We assign non geographical
numbers and connect (map) them to your current landline number (you do not lose
your current landline number and people can still reach on it). However, you
start advertising your new number and continue to receive calls in the
normal way.

Give your clients a professional service. Let callers hear your greeting message, for example, when they call "Welcome to ABC Company" If required, you can give callers a choice of menu options in oder to be put through to the right department. If lines are engaged or not answered within a specified time frame, give callers the option of leaving a message, which will then be emailed to you, which you can then hear on your PC/laptop.
Call Queuing
Never miss a call with call queuing. Callers will hear your greeting message and then be placed in queueq whist hearing on hold music or ringtone, they can also be notified which position number they are in the queue.
Call Whisper
If you work from home and need to distinguish between a business call from a personal call, we can attach a "whisper" on your incoming business calls. When you answer the call, you will hear the "whisper" in your ear i.e "Business Call" you can then answer the call appropriately.

Hunt Groups
We can enable your number to ring on ten different landline numbers at the same time or hunt for the first available line to answer your call or ring up to ten numbers in sequential order.
Auto Assigning numbers to Websites
If your run a FREE classifieds website or FREE business listings site, why not assign revenue generating phone numbers to those listings, replacing the advertisers real landline or mobile number?
On your FREE
listing categories on your website, Instead of adverting your customers landline number, why not assign an 0844 or 0871 revenue generating telephone numbers, or
for UK mobiles why not connect one of personal 070 telephone numbers. It will be
those numbers that you would display on their listing and you will earn revenue everytime a call is made to one of your numbers: We
can even automate the process for you, so when users place their free listing on
your website, a revenue generating number will replace their landline or mobile
number automatically.
Alternatively,
we can provide you with a control panel so that you can mange your telephone numbers yourself. We can also look at historical listings already on the site where
normal landline or mobile numbers have been used and convert them to revenue
generating. Again, this is subject to looking at your site. In
order to auto allocate revenue generating numbers to your existing listings, all
we need is a CSV file containing:
<customer or name> and
<terminating number>
We can then populate the customer
phone book within our control panel and send you back a .csv file with those
three fields completed, so you can populate and update your website
accordingly.
